We will ship out your purchased item within two working days of completion of your purchase via Courier Service and free of charge! Please allow one (1) working day for delivery if you live in the wider Athens area and one to two (1-2) working days for other cities in Greece.
As soon as your purchased items are shipped, we will email you all the relevant information, so you can track and trace your package at any time.
Sales tax 24% is applicable to all orders in Greece and it is included in the product price.

International Orders:
We are shipping international orders within two working days of completion of your purchase via Courier Service.

You will be given the estimated shipping charge during the ordering process. We offer Free Shipping all over the World for orders over 400 Euro.
In case you need to receive your purchase sooner, we offer a faster courier service upon request.

R E T U R N S
In case you need to return an item that you purchased in our online store, please email us
at info@thebriteline.com We will be back to you with all relevant information concerning your return.
We must receive the item or items to be returned within 14 days from the receipt of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and should be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items purchased on a Sale cannot be returned.
Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. In case you need to change the size of your purchased item, we will be glad to do so, if we have it in stock. In this case you should undertake all shipping, handling fees of the return - exchange process.
R E F U N D S
Once we receive your item, (within 14 days from the receipt of your purchase), we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
