Greece:

We will ship out your purchased item within two working days of completion of your purchase via the "Standard Parcel Post" service of EΛTA - Hellenic Post, Free of Charge! 

Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. 

Parcels will arrive to the branches or the postal agencies of The Hellenic Post in your area. We will email you when your order has arrived in the corresponding Hellenic post branch or agency, so you can pick it up.

In case you wish to receive your purchase sooner and in your address, we offer courier service upon request

Sales tax 24% is applicable to all orders in Greece and it is included in the product price.

 

 

International Orders:

We are shipping international orders via EΛTA-Hellenic post. 

Please allow about 4-6 working days for delivery in Europe and the USA and 6-8 working days for delivery in Africa, Asia and Australia.  

You will be given the estimated shipping charge during the ordering process. We offer Free Shipping all over the World for orders over 300 Euro.

In case you need to receive your purchase sooner, we offer a courier service upon request.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

                                                                                          R E T U R N S

In case you need to return an item that you purchased in our online store, please email us

at  customercare@thebriteline.com . We will be back to you with all relevant information concerning your return. 

We must receive the item or items to be returned within 14 days from the receipt of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and should be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items purchased on a Sale cannot be returned.

Please note that we do not offer an exchange service. In case you need to change the size of your purchased item, we will be glad to do so, if we have it in stock. In this case you should undertake all shipping, handling fees of the return - exchange process.

                                                                                           R E F U N D S

Once we receive your item, (within 14 days from the receipt of your purchase), we will inspect it                       and notify you on the status of your return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
